![]() What's the Yum repo for LMMS? and what do I type in after Yum install.? is it LMMS.i586 still? I'm not getting the Full on bass I would like, and I would prefer full support.ĭoes Fedora 13 support 5.1 or 7.1 Dolby digital surround sound?Īnd Is there an effective EQ open source program I can get, to get the best out of my headphones? I only use FLAC for my library, but I guess I guess I could say that the quality is slightly off. I can tell much of a difference in audio quality. Like I said, I can make it work when I only plug the headphones in slightly, but if they are bumped the sound is gone, or if they are pushed in, it goes silent as well. So, as u can see, I cant go past the second band, or audio is gone. So my best guess is my out of the box drivers from Fedora 13 do not support stereo, or my 7.1, or even 5.1 for that matter.īut here is a pic of what my 2.5mm stereo headphone jack looks like. I can understand why, I have been told the second rubber type band on the input on a audio output or input device is for Stereo. The headphones work outstandingly on my Laptop with 7.1 Dolby digital when I boot into super slow M$ Windoze 7, but when I use my main OS, Fedora 13, I can only get the headphones to work when they are plugged in just a little bit, but not to less and not to far. They work great on my iPhone with Apple Lossless Audio Codec, converted from Free Lossless Audio Codec with Xrecode. Recently I bought some brand new BOSE on ear headphones. But here it is, I believe I may need a driver. Save your work often because it may crash occasionally!ĭagon, I apologize for not replying to you right away, I thought I would receive a notification via email by default but that didn't happen so I didn't know someone had written here. This isn't a very big problem I'm having, as I have a temporary solution.
